Last week we ate some great food. Really nothing was bad. It was a lot of meat and potatoes. Christmas Eve I hosted dinner for a small family get together. We were so lucky to get a wonderful sugar cured ham from Smoking Goose. They have wonderful meat. This ham will be on the menu often for this week.
