Menu for last week

Christmas was such a nice day.  Waking up, make a sweet breakfast, open a few gifts and sew some pillowcases.  Nothing like waiting until the last minute to do a few gifts.  That is the way I do things.  Really without some stress my life would be so boring.  Okay maybe not boring but I wouldn't be me.
Last week we ate some great food.  Really nothing was bad.  It was a lot of meat and potatoes.  Christmas Eve I hosted dinner for a small family get together.  We were so lucky to get a wonderful sugar cured ham from Smoking Goose.  They have wonderful meat.  This ham will be on the menu often for this week.
Here is a look at what we ate.

Sat  Steak, roasted potatoes with roasted broccoli

Sun

Tuesday
Lunch Sweet Fire Chicken with rice

Christmas

Lunch Asian Quinoa Meatballs with rice and veggies
