Menu for the first week of December

Here is a look what we are eating.  Last week was great.  I loved having all the turkey leftover meals.  We mainly eat a plant based diet for 5 days a week and add in meat about 2 day.  Last week certainly was a little backwards having meat more often.  This week we are back to normal.  If you want to eat more vegetable or are just looking for some meatless Monday ideas take a look.  If you need a slow cooker recipe, check out Wednesday's recipe.  Let's see if red wine pairs well with lentil, mushroom and fennel loaf.  I use most recipes as guidelines so changes in recipes happen often.

Dinner Spaghetti Squash Fritters with salad

Dinner  Brussels Sprouts with Turkey Kielbasa with roasted potatoes

Wed Provencal Beef Daube (start Tuesday night, slow cooker recipe)

Thurs Orzo and Butternut Squash Skillet (use goat cheese in place of blue cheese)

Fri Fennel Sage Lentil Loaf (change apples to mushrooms maybe) with mashed potatoes
